ITLP19 - Resort, by Skee Mask

If I am going to be serious about curating some music on this platform, then I better just go ahead and get Skee Mask out of the way. Skee Mask embodies alot of things I like about electronic music and its makers: I barely know anything about him, and I was listening to his music for awhile before I realized "holy crap I really dig this, who IS this?" and thus committed his name to memory. Oh and he makes really beautiful music.

He spans genres. He basically makes whatever the hell he wants, and its all over the map. He makes fucking gorgeous ambient, but can also program 160 BPM beats like a crazygenius that somehow still come off as pretty. He has like 4 "official albums", but has given away 6 albums worth of content on Bandcamp.

I pretty much love all of it. You should listen to Skee Mask.
